To obtain a sample, simply reach out to our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process.
2. Can you produce products based on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) requirements?
   Yes, we have the capability to provide OEM services tailored to our customers' specific requests. Our experienced team of designers and production experts can work with you to bring your unique ideas and specifications to life, ensuring that the final product meets your exact needs.
3. What is your delivery time?
   After receiving your deposit, the production and delivery process typically takes 15 to 25 days. Please note that this timeframe may be subject to variations depending on factors such as the complexity of the order, the quantity requested, and any customization requirements. We will keep you informed of the progress and provide you with an estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
   We accept two primary payment methods:
   • TT (Telegraphic Transfer): A 30% deposit is required upfront to initiate the production process. The remaining 70% balance is due upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy.
   • LC at sight (Letter of Credit at Sight): This is a secure payment option where the payment is guaranteed by a bank and is made immediately upon presentation of the required documents.
5. Are you a manufacturer?
   Yes, we are a manufacturer and exporter.
